I agree with all of you about the landlord being disrespectful and on your back all the time I lived there from 517 to 618 and it was the worst place I have ever lived This landlord had me so stressed out from the first month I was there she gave me I agree with all of you about the landlord being disrespectful and on your back all the time I lived there from 517 to 618 and it was the worst place I have ever lived This landlord had me so stressed out from the first month I was there she gave me a late notice to evict when I was just four days late on the rent I am a single mom just moving in and had to buy a lot of things and in the lease it said as long as the rent was not ten days late then I was not in violation Then she accused me of having a dog in my apartment which I did not and when my air condition broke that July it took her a month to have anyone look at it because she said it was fine even though the temperature on the top floor was over 90 degrees every day I was accused of everything from being loud to arguing in my apartment when it was the people two floors down The toilet was always messed up we couldnt use our bathroom for number two for two weeks one time because she wouldnt fix it Dont go here I had no choice because it was all I could afford but I wouldnt go back if someone paid me too more ... hide ...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD nnLived there for a year It was fine in the beginning didnt really have any issues other than the loud disrespectful neighbors letting their kids run back and fourth on the walk way all hours of the night So let me IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD nnLived there for a year It was fine in the beginning didnt really have any issues other than the loud disrespectful neighbors letting their kids run back and fourth on the walk way all hours of the night So let me tell you about my issues that Im sure you will come across if you live here Maintenance dude does absolutely the bare minimum it took me months of asking to fix my hood range fan AFTER I FOUND A GREASE COVERED MUMMIFIED MOUSE STUCK IN IT and finally I contacted the Regional Manager very next day property manager maintenance show up I was not home however I did invest in a WiFi camera and got to see and hear it all live They were talking about other apartments smelling like freetos and the Prop Manager was snooping around my kitchen area when she noticed my camera pointed directly on her LOL it was funny to see her reaction I will admit then she got very quiet and said to the maintenance man just FYI pulled her phone out and typed something in it and showed up he glanced over and they were silent the rest of their staynnPaulette was the ONLY person in this management group to actually work and they fired her Just to have the maintenance mans son hop in her place convenient right nnEver since then I did not like being there She then demanded I show her my bank statements I did so then got a letter on my door In Comic Sans Font stylereally lol saying it was unacceptable bc I blacked out my transactions and only let her see my depositsnnFAST FORWARD even more I found out I was making way too much at my new job to stay there I found another apartment wrote her an email to let her know I will not be staying and she never responded back to me or called me THEN I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe for the month of Feb bc she put refused to cooperate with recertification she never answers the phone she never emails backnnOVERALL PLACE IS A JOKE THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT IN THERE SHE WILL DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSITnnALSO ALL HER AND THE MAINTENANCE MAN DO IS SIT IN HER OFFICE AND WATCH THE CAMERAS IM SO SERIOUS LOL more ... hide ...
