2018-03-12T03:27:38ZWhere do I begin If I could give negative stars I would Move in date 1312018 Move out date 2272018 Before moving in I requested not to be in the back of the complex not did I want to be in the bottom floor Move in day I was placed in the back and on Where do I begin If I could give negative stars I would Move in date 1312018 Move out date 2272018 Before moving in I requested not to be in the back of the complex not did I want to be in the bottom floor Move in day I was placed in the back and on the bottom floor I told Juana my request and she told me ok no problem I didnt really have a choice because I had to move in that day so I opted to just stay wher they put me While doing my move in inspection it was a lot of issues that needed to be fixed I turned in my move in inspection and I never got anything fixed while living there Within two days of living there I had a plumbing issue Water was leaking all in the kitchen my closets and from the circuit breaker Within a week of living there someone broke into my apartment They also moved me and my 1 year old into an apartment with mold under the carpet as well as water damage and rotten wood under the carpet I moved out ASAP due to feeling unsafe as well as mold They are liars and try to get your money quick They should be ashamed of themselves The only person I would give a good review to is Tammy She has been straight forward from beginning up until the end I am definitely filing a lawsuit against Bonaventure Realty Group DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS more ... hide ...

2017-05-01T18:37:45ZI have family who live in these apartments and it hurts to see her cry everyday about how disgusting her living situation is There are so many roaches and drain flies and her kids dont even want to eat in the house because of the roach problem She I have family who live in these apartments and it hurts to see her cry everyday about how disgusting her living situation is There are so many roaches and drain flies and her kids dont even want to eat in the house because of the roach problem She has also come forward in letting management know that the company they hire for pest control never does anything for the issue and they do nothing about it These apartments are not worth what they want for them whether they do renovations or not She has lived her for not even a year and this is the third time that they are requesting financial information as far as pay stubs and information on everyone in the house This is ridiculous and they seriously need to worry more about fixing the apartments instead of trying to kick people out for not giving financial information especially 3 time in less than a year and stop being strike because to be honest these apartments are not even worthy of renting to a dog let alone a human more ... hide ...
