This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place Ive lived. The rental office doesnt answer the phone nor return calls when youve left a voicemail. The rental office doesnt answer the phone nor return calls when youve left a voicemail. Also, when you call the corporate office and leave messages for them they dont answer or return calls. Its like a lack of caring or concern from both parts. I am a resident and I have experienced rental office workers not file nor put my renewal paperwork in so they put me on a month to month lease, I ask for the manager at the rental office and she says shes going to handle it, but she doesnt and I receive notices and court papers on my door saying I owe and Ive never been late on my rent. The manager gets smart with you. This is the worst! I think rental office workers,managers and corporate individuals need to have a meeting and make some serious changes in their staff and how they do things when it comes to respect and they do there work.more ...hide ...

We have been blessed with good management, maintenance, and neighbors during my years here. Its been sad to have some go, regardless of the reasons. Changes, when able, please: double the laundry equipment, less noise from upper apartments to lower ones, plus notices placed between the door and frame? As for the last request change, if a person is already in versus coming in, notices are delayed in our reading them or get caught in the draft when doors are opened and need to be chased.
