For example, the dishwasher had been down for two months, phone calls to the management company went unanswered for a week, and the voicemail was full because the previous manager had left. Additionally, new locks were meant to be installed for safety reasons but never were and maintenance personnel entered the apartment without knocking or prior notification. When this was brought up to the manager, he said he would speak to them. Even after nine months, the tub needed resurfacing after being replaced in February had not been fixed. Photos were even taken of it by the new maintenance man but nothing was done. Furthermore, they lost the maintenance key before December and totally disregarded another request in January, then lied about contacting the person. Two weeks ago, the person spoke to someone at the property management company, though it was against their better judgement, and have not heard from them since. There is yet another new property manager. As a result of these issues, the tub was resurfaced but the company is not worth dealing with. more ... hide ...

They tried to get me to resign by holding me accountable for rent even after my lease ended. In addition, their website advertised renovated units, but that was only for the kitchen and partial bathroom; the rest of it was outdated and unsanitary. My windows didn't even open! I have yet to get a response to my maintenance requests. The apartment complex across the street is much better, so please avoid this place and save yourself time and money. I had a 15-month lease here and am still in the process of disputing it, even though it ended in February. Overall, terrible living conditions for the expensive rent they charge. more ... hide ...
