But the manager, Irina, and her staff at Cascade Woods have been so conscientious and professional; their attention to detail keeps the complex running smoothly. Because of their efforts, these apartments are a nice and cozy place to escape the world. In the time that I have been here, there have been no break-ins to homes or cars. The complaints about the Russians sound like reverse racism; before you criticize small things, take a look at the bigger picture! If you live in these apartments, you are either really poor like me or you are just pretending to be poor and complaining. I have lived in places where I had to arm myself just to check my mail. I would say this is the best apartment home in America. If I owned a complex like this, Irina and her staff would be the first choice to make it run like a well-oiled machine. Parking is not an issue for those of us who are genuinely low-income, what do you need two brand new cars for then? Thanks to Cascade Woods, I have been able to have new things and my credit score has gone up. This is a very clean and safe home. Thank you, Irina and staff... more ... hide ...

Horrible place to live They will stress you out until you move No parking for your visitors They only allow you to have 1 car when obviously 2 people need to work in order to live these days If you need to have another spot then its 100 extra for a g Horrible place to live They will stress you out until you move No parking for your visitors They only allow you to have 1 car when obviously 2 people need to work in order to live these days If you need to have another spot then its 100 extra for a garage 1 car allowed yet they only provide 2 and 3 bedroom apartments The maintenance guy is very rude and will take anything he has on you and make you look bad to all the new managers Cause ever since irina left they cant seem to keep anyone in the office I was told things in my home wont be fixed until I move out We have had 3 walk throughs since November and they note everything that needs to be fixed but never come to fix anything They are so quick to leave papers on your doors or tag your car to be towed but nobody ever answers the phones and hardly ever in the office during business hours 110 on this place Ive been here since 2015 and its just going down hill Do not recommend living here to anyone more ... hide ...
