I have been approved for section 8 perminate housing for up to 1375 a month It039s for me and my sonim looking for a 2 bedroom My case manager said that if I can get a 2 bedroom in that price range then I can do that I039m also gonna be working with compass they help with any deposits and application fees needed or anything like that I do have a dog She is a good dog really mellow and doesn039t bark I need a place as soon as I can I have been looking for weeks now and they only give me 60 days to find a place I really need a place so I can get my son back I need to have a safe place a home of my own I dont have any actual rental history I have always rented from family members or rooms from my friends And I039m currently not working I039m waiting for knee surgery My name is angela **last*name**hidden** and phone number **phone#**hidden**

I wouldnt recommend if you have high standards. I moved in and moved right out within a month. The inside of the apartment is decent and clean. I had a neighbor who was very loud on the phone through out the night outside my front door. Everybody smokes weed and cigarettes outside, heavily. The reason I moved out quickly, I had someone try to break in my front door within a month of living there. The whole time I moved in people would stand outside and watch me bring all my stuff inside. As well as watching to see if I locked my car. Couple weeks later, I had to make a report of someone trying to break in. By my mail box there was a man always standing with a gun holstered obviously he knew more about the place then I did. I just wouldnt recommend at all. There is more apartments in tri cities that are less ghetto, for the money you are going to pay.more ...hide ...
