The whole time I moved in people would stand outside and watch me bring all my stuff inside. As well as watching to see if I locked my car. Couple weeks later, I had to make a report of someone trying to break in. By my mail box there was a man always standing with a gun holstered obviously he knew more about the place then I did. The caregivers have so much to do they cant even connect and pay true attention to the residents because they are so pressured with other obligations.
