I never made it there I had to fill out paperwork first but the websites messing up and its not letting me do it keeps deleting everything tried calling them and asking them but not getting no response from them
This was a horrible experience The first place I looked at the guy wouldnt let me get mail there so I couldnt establishish residency He was creepy anywaynI moved into a place that seemed okey but the home owner ended up in the hospital during to drugThis was a horrible experience The first place I looked at the guy wouldnt let me get mail there so I couldnt establishish residency He was creepy anywaynI moved into a place that seemed okey but the home owner ended up in the hospital during to drug abuse Thats when the other tenants starting stealing from me I moved out of there I was paying 500nThen they showed me a single wide trailer in a scary trailer park I was a old lady who had that trailer pack full So much so I wouldnt be able to keep anything of mine in the bathroom That lady was in very poor health Not sure how much help I was expected to give therenHow much was that lady paying in space rent I was being asked to pay 450 Where you trying to get me to pay half the space rent because that trailer was WORTHLESSnTmore ...hide ...

I lived here 2 years ago, and I warn anyone who lives here to be very careful if you choose to rent. It is SO COLD in the winter, even with the heat turned all the way up. And I just got a collections call for my last utility bill because they didnt bother to give Tacoma Public Utilities my forwarding address and gave the wrong move out date, so I never got my bill and I ended up having to pay for longer than I actually lived there. My step mother lives here and its a nice enough place. Parking is a nightmare if you dont pay for a spot and for a place dedicated to the elderly they have very limited space for handicapped parking. Parking is a nightmare if you dont pay for a spot and for a place dedicated to the elderly they have very limited space for handicapped parking. And getting a wheelchair around outside is very difficult. Same with the units themselves. There are a lot of tight corners which can be difficult to navigate.The area is okay. Its across from a park but its still in downtown Tacoma so take that for what its worth. They frequently have issues with the elevators, which is obviously a problem when many of the residents cannot use the stairs. They have a nice little cafe type setup in the lobby and the woman who usually runs it is very nice (its probably my favourite feature).The units are pet friendly, though Ive only seen small animals so Im not sure if theres a size restriction.The front desk people seem friendly with residents but seem to barely speak a word to guests.Overall its a good option if you need something at a reasonable price but its not 100% perfect.more ...hide ...
