2023-01-02T17:39:21ZFor your Health and safety DO NOT LIVE HERE Outlook apartments is run by Coast Property Management and they dont care about their tenants The pictures attached show the lack of care their maintenance and management team put forth I lived here for 4 y For your Health and safety DO NOT LIVE HERE Outlook apartments is run by Coast Property Management and they dont care about their tenants The pictures attached show the lack of care their maintenance and management team put forth I lived here for 4 years Asked for repairs of things repeatedly Got ignored It turned into black mold My family and I are now suffering the Consequences of living in an apartment where no maintenance or management cared I am writing this review in the hopes of preventing some other family from suffering the same things that my family is suffering Until Coast Property Management is no longer in charge of Outlook Apartments or their sister property of Northwood apartments its not a safe environment for people to live It will cause you serious health issues and mental issues due to lack of management care Do not do not do not rent from here for your health and safety more ... hide ...

2019-08-29T20:39:46ZDO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past 6 months no repair as of yet with a work order turned in You are charged 50month to use their washers and dryers in the unit If you choose not to pay the 50 they disconnect them but leave them in your unit so you CANNOT bring in your own 600 pet deposit 20pet rent but they dont tell you about that until youre signing the lease There hasnt been anyone to maintain the grounds and were all waiting for the property to catch fire No way to contact management after hours or in case of emergency Had to have the police come and break me OUT of my apartment due to broken door mechanism Been calling to have my front door repaired and what do you know no one is answering the phone Not at Outlook and not at Northwood DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE THEYRE BECOMING THE SLUM LORDS OF PULLMAN more ... hide ...
