Bertha was a great manager .. things changed a little when the maintenance guy moved in because he had 2 dogs and they were pooping everywhere and they won€™t pick up so it was disgLoved living in this apartments .. I wouldnt recommend if you have high standards. I moved in and moved right out within a month. The inside of the apartment is decent and clean. I had a neighbor who was very loud on the phone through out the night outside my front door. Everybody smokes weed and cigarettes outside, heavily. The reason I moved out quickly, I had someone try to break in my front door within a month of living there. The whole time I moved in people would stand outside and watch me bring all my stuff inside. As well as watching to see if I locked my car. Couple weeks later, I had to make a report of someone trying to break in. By my mail box there was a man always standing with a gun holstered obviously he knew more about the place then I did. I just wouldnt recommend at all. There is more apartments in tri cities that are less ghetto, for the money you are going to pay.more ...hide ...
