I think that the building has had its share of problems and the management has addressed them. I feel comfortable here now and I feel the owners are genuinely concerned. Its up to me, the tenant, to be in a nice place. And I feel the management is on the right track. We will make this building a great place to live. Any problem starts with me and not my neighbors.
