I have always felt super safe here. I have had no problems with things breaking down and if I did, I can always go to Steve, in maintenance, and he comes right away, but nothing has ever broken down. I do think the washing machines cant handle heavy stuff (like blankets) but otherwise, Im careful with loading my washer. The grounds are ALWAYS green and maintained. Sometimes it DOES get noisy when inconsiderate people come and go in the parking lot, but for the most part, I have no problems sleeping when my windows are open. I am very impressed with how they do take care of things around here. The negatives: I havent had much luck in getting responses from management though. They pretty much ignore me. I do believe the apartments are very overpriced, but I think thats the norm in Port Orchard. Overpriced really, and the two-bedrooms are small, BUT very nice and very clean. I do recommend this place if you can afford it.more ...hide ...

I never received my lease. Every month the manager would push it off, explaining that they where switching to a different company then Hud.The management picks and chooses who to go after. While living there a women broke out her apartment windows, she still lives there to this day.Drugs and foot traffic are a major problem. Meth is alive and well around this area.Crime is constant and the police are there weekly, the apartment manger refuses to go after these people or do anything. There are animals left by tenants, for several years a couple of cats have been strays in the apartments complex when asking manger to call animal control to get the animals help as one has a wound she refused stating she cannot. When I contact animal control the politely explain this was the mangers job to call. The poor cats are still there.Mold in the apartments. We addressed this for several months with little to no help.more ...hide ...
