I applied paid a 400 dollar deposit the back ground check company they go through put someone on my report which I got denied took me 3 weeks to get the false information off my report So I had to pay rent where I lived currently and then a 700 depos I applied paid a 400 dollar deposit the back ground check company they go through put someone on my report which I got denied took me 3 weeks to get the false information off my report So I had to pay rent where I lived currently and then a 700 deposit instead of 400 had to pro rate my rent utilities for 12 days last month cause they couldnt hold a unit Then there was another mess up on their end so I had to pay another 100 for some charge The unit wasnt freshly painted and the carpets stink place is quite noisy in the evenings Parking is limited xtra parking is not happening been there 2 weeks my new car has a big new dent scratch expected better for over 1550 a month more ... hide ...

We love living here It is always so quiet and is just a wonderful location The apartments are so nice and the 2 beds offer 2 baths as well And I cant forger to mention you get youre own washer and dryer In the summer chilling outside on the balcony We love living here It is always so quiet and is just a wonderful location The apartments are so nice and the 2 beds offer 2 baths as well And I cant forger to mention you get youre own washer and dryer In the summer chilling outside on the balcony is so relaxing and you get to see the hummingbirds flying up to you The apartments offer competitions on door decorating for holidays and other fun things for people to participate in and win prizes We havent used the pool yet due to Covid but cant wait to use the hottub either If you need more storage they offer garages for a little extra The maintenance team do a great job with whatever problems come up more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for one and half years a single gal I have always felt super safe here I have had no problems with things breaking down and if I did I can always go to Steve in maintenance and he comes right away but nothing has ever broken down I Ive lived here for one and half years a single gal I have always felt super safe here I have had no problems with things breaking down and if I did I can always go to Steve in maintenance and he comes right away but nothing has ever broken down I do think the washing machines cant handle heavy stuff like blankets but otherwise Im careful with loading my washer The grounds are ALWAYS green and maintained Sometimes it DOES get noisy when inconsiderate people come and go in the parking lot but for the most part I have no problems sleeping when my windows are open I am very impressed with how they do take care of things around here The negatives I havent had much luck in getting responses from management though They pretty much ignore me I do believe the apartments are very overpriced but I think thats the norm in Port Orchard Overpriced really and the twobedrooms are small BUT very nice and very clean I do recommend this place if you can afford it more ... hide ...
