Staff turn over is unbelievable No respect never accountable for work or workers costly upsets while they are paid and move on to wrong againKids and residents are unhappy Life is not better here Residents are great folks and deserve respect
I lived here 11 years I can say there is times this place drove me nuts but honestly its just the area and crime going up that we decided to leave plus a place for our dogs to run It isnt the worst place but it isnt the best I love Logan the maintenaI lived here 11 years I can say there is times this place drove me nuts but honestly its just the area and crime going up that we decided to leave plus a place for our dogs to run It isnt the worst place but it isnt the best I love Logan the maintenance guy he is always smiling and looks like he genuinely loves his job keep up the good work Logan I will miss your happy smile and you greeting me every morning when I go out and smoke off the property continue to hire more friendly guys who love their job it will pay off 5 stars for Logan though 3 for the property they are doing updates outside looks alot nicer I decided I will edit further on the reason for 3 stars biggest issue I have is them not answering the phone in office and when they do things arent logged Like for example I had called to make an appointment for a recertification and a faucet repair they didnt answer the phone lines I walked into the office instead and made an appointment and work order I went to go to my appointment to do the recertification they asked me if i made an appointment I said I did and they mentioned they dont see it on the schedule I said I walked in and made one also my work order wasnt on file either they seemed annoyed by the missing appointment and i was equally annoyed they did do the recertification I had to go online to make the work order for it to show up on file There needs to be improvements in that department I tried walking in and calling and both ways didnt succeed in organization on imperative paperwork that is time sensitivemore ...hide ...

Too many inspections to where they become intrusive. No one cares if people who are not disabled park in handicap parking. No one does anything they have made it so that the only people that can call the tow company is the peoples name that is contract with the tow company basically only manager and at night an at weekends is when these rules are broke an people park where they want because there is nothing we can do an they know it!! Residents need access to cal tow complains for matter like this. I have had to park Al the way over my the office because not only do I not get a handicap parking there is no parking in the parking or closest to my building so I€™m end up parking by office it€™s messed up.They need to DO Better!more ...hide ...
