2022-10-06T20:27:25ZI lived here 11 years I can say there is times this place drove me nuts but honestly its just the area and crime going up that we decided to leave plus a place for our dogs to run It isnt the worst place but it isnt the best I love Logan the maintena I lived here 11 years I can say there is times this place drove me nuts but honestly its just the area and crime going up that we decided to leave plus a place for our dogs to run It isnt the worst place but it isnt the best I love Logan the maintenance guy he is always smiling and looks like he genuinely loves his job keep up the good work Logan I will miss your happy smile and you greeting me every morning when I go out and smoke off the property continue to hire more friendly guys who love their job it will pay off 5 stars for Logan though 3 for the property they are doing updates outside looks alot nicer I decided I will edit further on the reason for 3 stars biggest issue I have is them not answering the phone in office and when they do things arent logged Like for example I had called to make an appointment for a recertification and a faucet repair they didnt answer the phone lines I walked into the office instead and made an appointment and work order I went to go to my appointment to do the recertification they asked me if i made an appointment I said I did and they mentioned they dont see it on the schedule I said I walked in and made one also my work order wasnt on file either they seemed annoyed by the missing appointment and i was equally annoyed they did do the recertification I had to go online to make the work order for it to show up on file There needs to be improvements in that department I tried walking in and calling and both ways didnt succeed in organization on imperative paperwork that is time sensitive more ... hide ...
