Too many inspections to where they become intrusive No one cares if people who are not disabled park in handicap parking I have seen peoplenWithout placards park in disabled parking I have a disability my knee is bone to bone an you have the same per Too many inspections to where they become intrusive No one cares if people who are not disabled park in handicap parking I have seen peoplenWithout placards park in disabled parking I have a disability my knee is bone to bone an you have the same person with two cars taking up handicap parking No one does anything they have made it so that the only people that can call the tow company is the peoples name that is contract with the tow company basically only manager and at night an at weekends is when these rules are broke an people park where they want because there is nothing we can do an they know it Residents need access to cal tow complains for matter like this I have had to park Al the way over my the office because not only do I not get a handicap parking there is no parking in the parking or closest to my building so Im end up parking by office its messed upnnThey need to DO Better more ... hide ...

Love it here the staff are so very friendly and kind they keep up on the property Its quiet The maintenance are very good at what you request you need done The owner keeps this place looking good We love you and miss you kristy

I have lived here since 1985 never have i experienced such a management team as this Maintenance has been helpful professional quick knowledgeable patient he cares about the work he does it shows Thank you for all you do You are appreciated

Maintenance are just spiteful will go out of there way to tow your vehicle complain about any little thing will rudely tell you to do things act like they own the building when you ask them to fix something they give you the biggest attitude complain Maintenance are just spiteful will go out of there way to tow your vehicle complain about any little thing will rudely tell you to do things act like they own the building when you ask them to fix something they give you the biggest attitude complain threw the hole process When you complain to management on them nothing is ever done Seems like the complaints fall on def ears I know multiple residents that have given complaints to mangment about maintenance and nothing is done If you want to live in a place where what you do is watched You want to feel like a child And you want to follow the maintenance power trip rules then this is the place for you more ... hide ...
