The management of these apartments is poor; they do not communicate with tenants when there is an issue, and they are discriminatory towards people of color. I would not recommend living here if you have no car, as the bus service ends at 7 or 8 pm. You cannot have guests or relatives over without being accused of fraud and they never write-up non-English-speaking tenants for smoking weed, slamming doors, or being racist. This is a government-funded apartment complex and yet they are displacing people and not helping those in financial hardship. Rather than treating tenants as difficult to work with, they should be trying to fix their mistakes. This is a place of supposed stability, not displacement.more ...hide ...
