My experience dealing with Cambridge Management Inc concerning the Orchard Heights apartment has been very exasperating. As a mother of four girls, I was initially thrilled to hear about an affordable housing option in my area. However, after dealing with the company, I am not sure I would want to pursue it any further. I initially contacted them in August and had been in contact with the previous manager, who was very helpful. Unfortunately, she quit not long after, citing managerial issues. Since then, I have been calling both locations every week but have yet to receive a response. I have reached out to Cambridge four times in the last two weeks, and have been told I need to wait for a woman named Natalie to contact me. This has been going on since September and I still have not received a callback. Is this how those with a low income are treated? Are we not important? I am certain that if management ever finds themselves in a tough situation, they would not want to be ignored or treated harshly.more ...hide ...
