If you pay your rent on time and follow the rules stated in your leasing agreement you wont have any problems There are trash rooms on every floor so you dont have to take your trash outside yourself A cleaning lady comes in the middle of the day mosIf you pay your rent on time and follow the rules stated in your leasing agreement you wont have any problems There are trash rooms on every floor so you dont have to take your trash outside yourself A cleaning lady comes in the middle of the day most days of the week Maintenance is quick to respond to request and very friendlyrespectfulnThe main complaints that I would have is 1 that the office isnt great about answering the phone or calling you back when you leave voicemails and sometimes you have to call 4 or more times to get someone 2 For 2 years in a row they sold my parking spot to me and another person after I renewed my lease because they forgot to write down that my spot number was already takennNeighbors can seem loud due to thin walls but thats not really a complaint about the leasing office just something to consider Lots of road noise seeing as its on a downtown main road but again not the leasing offices fault All in all a great building to live in especially considering its low income and practically brand new Again just be responsible and pay your rent on timemore ...hide ...
wow I dont know about the other review here but our experience was QUITE different Great tenants a little crazy noise when we first moved in from direct neighbors above but thats died down and has been greatwe know most of the people in the building wow I dont know about the other review here but our experience was QUITE different Great tenants a little crazy noise when we first moved in from direct neighbors above but thats died down and has been greatwe know most of the people in the building and its been good This is a downtown building with a downtown market People coming and going but Ive never had any issues with security or homeless people entering apartments Also the security in the front is pretty good compared to other places I lived and as it is a brand new building the front door has definitely had some kinks in its electrical system but it is always dealt with promptly and has only ever had that happen maybe once or twice in the year Ive been herenAnd yes we do have tenant events of which Ive been to a few and they are always great especially the Christmas party Albeit its been awhile but thats been due to new office staff coming inwith whom we are really quite acquainted with and have never had an issue as they are forthcoming and prompt about everything I think noise would be my only complaint but as I said were in a downtown location over a busy street You get used to it I love being able to walk everywhere All in all I really do love my little apartmentmore ...hide ...
