Was excited to move in Interior of apartment looked great and for the bedroom and size price is good Immediately after moving in I noticed that everything wasnt finished and the finished things were poorly done Its been almost 3 years and Ive barely Was excited to move in Interior of apartment looked great and for the bedroom and size price is good Immediately after moving in I noticed that everything wasnt finished and the finished things were poorly done Its been almost 3 years and Ive barely had anyone to call regarding maintenance issues or just issues in general I would have given them 1 star but again the price for the size is good and I can say that the new property manager looks promising Shes been very active on the property She addresses my concerns They came in my apartment 1 day and noted what they seen as needed fixes and the next day I came home to them being fixed Even the concern that I told them about was corrected First time in my almost 3 years feeling satisfied and not annoyed with my management company Hopefully shes here for the long run more ... hide ...

My 66 yr old mother that is handicapped was visiting my daughter at these apartments and they towed her car The permit parking sign was covered by the snow but she had a handicapped hanging sign so it shouldnt have mattered I have tried to reach out My 66 yr old mother that is handicapped was visiting my daughter at these apartments and they towed her car The permit parking sign was covered by the snow but she had a handicapped hanging sign so it shouldnt have mattered I have tried to reach out to the onsite manager for over a week and no response 185 to get her car back from the towing company Way to treat the disabled elderly more ... hide ...

I just moved to these apartments a little over a month ago So far its been great My 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious but also very quick to heat up n cool down with the heating and ac provided My boyfriends daughter loves being so close to her sc I just moved to these apartments a little over a month ago So far its been great My 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious but also very quick to heat up n cool down with the heating and ac provided My boyfriends daughter loves being so close to her school and coming home to the playground in her backyard to play with the many friends shes made in the complex I was unable to wait too long for my apartment to be ready and got to move in as is I was actually very surprised at how clean the apartment had been kept Recently i had an issue with my refrigerator cooling to temperature And after making a call to the assistant manager steve whom is always friendly a maintenance person had showed the next morning to address the issue Overall i really like living here my neighbors are friendly and im very conveniately located for my job in madison more ... hide ...
