I couldnt be more happy with my experience with the cottages and the staff. Lisa and her team did a tremendous job going above and beyond in helping me coordinate my dads new apartment while I live in California. Lisa and her team did a tremendous job going above and beyond in helping me coordinate my dads new apartment while I live in California. I flew in and walked through the apartments and worked on the details with Lisa. After a few minutes I met the maintenance worker who was extremely nice and friendly. I felt very confident and they assured me my fathers stay would be comfortable. They set and managed expectations the entire step of the way.My father who has health issues and doesnt get around very well on his own feels safe, taken care of and supported in living at the cottages.The cottages are clean and well maintained and I can say the same for the grounds as well. Clearly the staff does good hard work from the office to the outside.Overall, I couldnt be more happy with everything and the experience from the staff to the unit.Thank you to Lisa and her team and keep up the good work!more ...hide ...
