Love the living on the outer edge of town. The apartments are a little outdated, but come with a storage unit right next to your apartment. Also, some neighbors are exceptional, but many are questionable.

They made sure to have our unit available ahead of time, which gave us several days to move in, and they're always swift to resolve any maintenance or other issues that come up. This is the second apartment that we are renting from Kate and on both occasions, the staff have been very courteous, affable, and eager to help. One guy even takes off his shoes when entering the apartment to fix something, which was very impressive to me. Additionally, I appreciate that the apartments have little details that other property managers don't think of, but make a huge impact. The European door knobs (which allow you to open doors even with your hands full), soft-close cabinets, and carefully designed closets/flooring selections make a big difference in the living quality. The only drawback I can see is the internet speed capacity since the building would need to be rewired. Nevertheless, I feel it is more than worth it for all the advantages of this place. In conclusion, we are very pleased to be renting from a top-notch company that clearly cares about their apartments and is continually renovating them, improving the shared space, and genuinely looking after their customers.more ...hide ...
