This is the second apartment that we are renting from Kate and on both occasions, the staff have been very courteous, affable, and eager to help. One guy even takes off his shoes when entering the apartment to fix something, which was very impressive to me. Additionally, I appreciate that the apartments have little details that other property managers don't think of, but make a huge impact. The European door knobs (which allow you to open doors even with your hands full), soft-close cabinets, and carefully designed closets/flooring selections make a big difference in the living quality. The only drawback I can see is the internet speed capacity since the building would need to be rewired. Nevertheless, I feel it is more than worth it for all the advantages of this place. In conclusion, we are very pleased to be renting from a top-notch company that clearly cares about their apartments and is continually renovating them, improving the shared space, and genuinely looking after their customers. more ... hide ...

I never become impolite with anyone every time I have to go through surgery or a procedure. I've had more than the typical person. In fact, I'm having one tomorrow. Extremely tardy (from my knowledge of submitting applications to other places) to get back to people whether they have been accepted or rejected. I still haven't been notified (which I'm sure will be a rejection due to this review, but will most likely be expressed nicely, like they have no openings or something like that.) I understand they have "several other applications before yours [mine]." And it does take a bit of time to go through each one. But maybe post on the website a notification that alerts people that due to the high volume of applications it is taking longer to process them. Additionally, inform that not all apartments are getting the full renovation. The section 42 apartments are getting a "soft reno." In this way, people know that when they apply if they want the fully renovated units they should not apply for section 42 or vice versa. more ... hide ...
