My friend lives here Its clean and quiet and safe Its senior living There is a community room with monthly get togethers for games and movies and music Laundry facilities on each floor an elevator and onsite and underground parking

If you don't want to be under constant surveillance, prohibited from having visitors, or have your guests' cars towed even when they park in the visitors' slots, and you want to control your own heat, cook on working stoIf you don't want to be under constant surveillance, prohibited from having visitors, or have your guests' cars towed even when they park in the visitors' slots, and you want to control your own heat, cook on working stoves and ovens, control your own porch light, and your kids to be able to use the porch without you present, and keep their bikes on the lawn, and not have the previous tenants still having access to your mailbox without management fixing the issue in a month, then steer clear of Kennedy Heights! The new manager is discriminatory, racist and notoriously unpleasant, and gives you a 10-day notice for every little thing, even if you have company on the weekend. Furthermore, she is never in the office during weekdays, yet always around after hours and on weekends. If you want to live a decent life and raise your children in an environment free of hate, erase Kennedy Heights Townhomes from your list and keep looking. You deserve better!
