Our keys didn€™t work so the knob was replaced, but it was so poorly secured you could literally look straight into the apartment. There€™s a closet that had damage to it when I looked at the place, it was still their upon moving in and moving out. If it€™s not their priority to get something done it€™s not done.There was vomit in the main walk hallway that sat for over a month before someone bothered to clean it up. Even the playground has had broken swings without replacement. Talk about lack of safety concerns. So if you€™re looking for a well maintained place this is not it!

The grounds are beautiful with trees, various plants, flowers and lots of birds and other animals. Our manager Shelby is awesome in all she does. This is a wonderful place to live.

The office staff is so amazing (thank you Ashley and Alex), helpful and really go out of their way to make you feel at home and are as accommodating as possible! Maintenance is fantastic as well (Duane), weve had very few issues and the things did that need to be addressed were taken care of swiftly and efficiently! If youre looking for an affordable, nice apt in a great location definitely take a look here, we truly feel blessed to call this home!
