For weeks, I have tried to call and visit the office to get my deposit back, but nothing was done. I even provided a money order stub with a reference number for confirmation. After four weeks, I am still getting the same excuses and stories that somebody needs to be contacted to check if I can be reimbursed. The manager promised to call me several times but he did not. He also claimed he informed his supervisor that I wanted to lodge a formal complaint, but no one responded. I will call an attorney and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning. more ... hide ...
