From the start, we were subjected to harassment from the tenant in unit #11 - making complaints about our move-in process being too loud, entering our unit without permission, targeting our guests, having a camera pointed at our front door, and lodging false reports to the police about our two year old child. We brought this up to management but nothing was done to address the issue with unit #11. Additionally, we were informed that our energy meters were crossed with another unit and we had been paying for their energy for months. Management thought it was sufficient to just pay half of the back due amount instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and covering the entire bill. Furthermore, we had many delays in work orders and were never informed when maintenance would be coming by, which caused me to be caught off guard while showering. This was my first rental experience, and GrandView Townhomes made it a real nightmare.more ...hide ...
