Additionally, we were informed that our energy meters were crossed with another unit and we had been paying for their energy for months. Management thought it was sufficient to just pay half of the back due amount instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and covering the entire bill. Furthermore, we had many delays in work orders and were never informed when maintenance would be coming by, which caused me to be caught off guard while showering.
