The Good: You will have a roof over your head. The Bad: There are too many people here trying to live in the same building. This place has extremely poor ventilation. This place has extremely poor ventilation. What little ventilation this place might get, is constantly blocked off by people closing windows. Certain people living here are intent on closing this place up like a tomb. What gives? This place gets extremely hot during the summer. You will need AC and you can expect your electric bill to be $100 per month during the summer. There is also a general lack of privacy. There are constant apartment inspections for who knows what? Lots of rules and regulations here.more ...hide ...
