After our pursuit for a new place, we were overjoyed to come across Tennyson Ridge. I was able to contact Jason, and he was very prompt in responding to me and staying in communication with us during our move to Madison. I had never encountered such a great experience with a property manager prior to this, and Jason has undoubtedly set the bar exceedingly high. He is equally proactive in regards to any issues that may come up in the building, and if you need his help or something restored in your unit, he is swift in attending to it. Jeff, our maintenance person, is also incredible. Anytime something requires fixing or updating, Jeff and Jason make sure to handle it as quickly as they are able. Both of them are incredibly friendly and it is apparent that they sincerely care about the inhabitants here and doing their job to the best of their ability. The property itself is also beautiful. The apartments are very spacious and bright due to the natural light, the area is always kept clean and neat, and on top of it all, it is reasonably priced. We are so lucky to have found this place that we can now call home: Tennyson Ridge. more ... hide ...
