When trying to get something repaired youre always told that everyone is their own boss, no one answers to anyone, no one is responsible for anything, they all make their own schedules, management has no clue what or when maintenance does anything if they actually do which isnt very often because a couple prefer to sleep in their trucks by the entrance, and they only have two hvac guys for two or three properties.
