Was very clean before I moved in and a very simple lease signing process. Tawnya was an amazing landlord and helped take care of anything and was super friendly (which was nice for a first time renter! Tawnya made it stress free!) Johnny the maintenance man was also great and always took care of any issues in a quick timely manner. They were amazing to communicate and work with, especially being a night shift worker. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend renting here!more ...hide ...

The counters are plastic and management rarely ever takes action when issues arise. My neighbor is full of hate and I was even towed after my parking tag fell off; it cost me $330 to get my car back too! When I called management they stated that if they couldn't see the tag in the pictures, they couldn't help me. That seems to be their response no matter what happens. Low-income housing unfortunately comes with these problems and it's definitely not a place suitable for raising children either; domestic violence reports go ignored while the same tenant who isn't allowed to live above me still resides there despite not being on the lease. Cops are frequent visitors here too and management turns a blind eye to all of it so I'm glad that I'm getting out of here soon.more ...hide ...
