When I called management they stated that if they couldn't see the tag in the pictures, they couldn't help me. That seems to be their response no matter what happens. Low-income housing unfortunately comes with these problems and it's definitely not a place suitable for raising children either; domestic violence reports go ignored while the same tenant who isn't allowed to live above me still resides there despite not being on the lease.
