Hello my name is **** **** and I am currently searching for a home with a section 8 voucher I am disabled as I suffer from PTSD so I do not work but have SSD income of 895 a month I am new to the section 8 program I have a voucher that is for two bedrooms but I am allowed more bedrooms as long as it falls under my price range which is covered by Tampa Housing authority for up to 2222mo depending on zip code My portion on top of it ranges from approximately290 345 depending on if any utilities are included My voucher is for my 17yearold son and I Thats us in the picture attached Hes already 64 and has been in basketball since age 3 and football since age 4 And although his basketball scholarship looks very promising Ive always expressed to him that grades are more important then sports Hes a very good boy who listens well and has been an honor roll student his whole life therefore putting him in line to be awarded the Florida bright future scholarship Hes never been in any trouble and the most important thing to him right now is maintaining perfect grades so that he has a full scholarship for college We have no pets so theres no worries there and Ive owned my own home so I know the importance of making sure a property stays immaculate My credit score is upper 700 to 800 I have never been evicted or foreclosed on or any type of negative thing with any landlord My voucher is through the Tampa Housing authority where we reside and I have multiple workers there that will vouch for me and saying that I am worthy of getting a home I have been on the wait list for a long time Since we were approved we have been facing no availability issues My son goes to Sickles High School which is in the Citrus Park area so I would love to stay near his school anywhere from Oldsmar to Citrus Park Town and Country and Carrollwood but we would be appreciative of any home that we are granted and blessed to get I will consider your home my home and I will treat it as such Im not a type of tenant that complains much or ever if at all I would love for you to have comfort knowing that I will treat your property as my own while living there and when leaving I will ensure its returned to you and the exact condition as I rented it Tampa Housing authority does say they will help me out with the deposit and movein fees if the landlord is willing to work with their process for that However I will still be okay with a landlord that does not participate in that Thank you for taking the time to read this and as stated can give contact info for the workers at Tampa Housing authority that will speak on my behalf Many of them there dispite their huge case loads and clients are working very hard to get me into something immediately we are just running into an availability issue Again thank you and me and my son would be very grateful and blessed to live in your home Also apartment townhome or home style does not matter neither does the floor which its on and no extra amenities are needed as far as disability And I would love to be a long term resident
