Current Tenant here, been here since 2012. Rent has increased severely the last 3 years, not by $10.00, or $20.00, but more. May of 2019, rent went up from $864.00 to $938.00, which that is when they re paved the parking lot, I get that. January of 2021, rent went from $938.00 to $1004.00, now yesterday June 1st another letter, stating increase AGAIN on rent starting July 1st, $1004.00 to $1,125.00. Rent has gone up twice in 1 year, Why? The apartments have not been upgraded. Granted there are already empty apartments here, but now, with this increase, there will be even more. My mother and I have gone there 3 times, the first time someone was there. The other 3 times the office has been closed, there should be other people working there or at least return a phone call, or answer their emails. People have limited time to get a place to live and no one is returning phone calls. Very unprofessional in my opinion, would like to schedule a time to look at the unit. You say that you have place available for September, but how can anyone get an application in if no one is returning phone calls or answering emails. more ... hide ...
