Current Tenant here been here since 2012 Rent has increased severely the last 3 years not by 1000 or 2000 but more May of 2019 rent went up from 86400 to 93800 which that is when they re paved the parking lot I get that January of 2021 rent went from Current Tenant here been here since 2012 Rent has increased severely the last 3 years not by 1000 or 2000 but more May of 2019 rent went up from 86400 to 93800 which that is when they re paved the parking lot I get that January of 2021 rent went from 93800 to 100400 now yesterday June 1st another letter stating increase AGAIN on rent starting July 1st 100400 to 112500 Rent has gone up twice in 1 year Why The apartments have not been upgraded Granted there are already empty apartments here but now with this increase there will be even more Agree with enough is enough more ... hide ...
