Do not rent from these people i am a current resident and managment is the worse there is very unethical business tactics and unwillingness to work with residents. In example I am buying a home I let them know they say if I use there realitor i dont have to pay termination break fee be cause realitor gives them a kick back of commission thats extremely unethical. I use realitor not good and acted unprofessional when I terminated her services so i decide to use my own realitor and pay the termination fee. I go put in my 60 day notice they require and want termination fee up front our will not take my notice i try to explain that my break fee check is coming when i close on house. Nope the manager Shannon says it has to be upfront our can not take my notice causeing me to keep apartment longer. I understand i have a lease and willing to pay my termination so they still getting there money just very greedy, rip off, unwillingness to work with residents and unethical company STAY AWAY. more ... hide ...

Awesome to see that they took and old school and made apartments out of it. Thats about the end of the good here. These were apartments designed for seniors, yet the appliances (like the microwave) are way too high and o ut of reach. No need to install extra high cabinets when the residents cant reach them. Maintenance is very limited and you are told to do lots of your own work. Really? Ceilings are over 12 feet high and you want to have a senior get on a ladder and change it? Animal owners let them urinate and poop in the hallways and dont clean up. The Building maintenance staff does not clean it up either. It just sits there until another residents cleans it up. Thats sad. Several months after moving out and they have yet to return the deposit. \"The check is in the mail\".
