This Apartment Complex is secure and you have to be 60 years old and above to live here. Its very quiet and clean. There are 4 floors and each one has a common area to visit or read. There is a large kitchen on the f irst floor and a balcony off the third floor. A huge laundry room on the second floor has washer and dryers that only cost four quarters. There is a waiting list for the 19 one bedroom apartments which are subsidized with income requirements. For a senior couple or individual this is the perfect place, just a few miles from the downtown area. The manager is in an open office on the first floor and she is very professional and friendly. Lets put it this way it doesnt look like the picture, the halls are gloomy, there is no evidence of people living there. The outside nope nothing like the picture. Maybe it will look better in the summer. However,with al l that plain concrete surrounding the front and back, I dont think so, the apartments on the inside are surprisingly nice! more ... hide ...

I lived here for bout two years and probably would have stayed had I not had to move home for family reason. Its a quite area, neighbors were real friendly and loved the dog park. Amanda and the office crew were amaz ing very helpful and very prompt during Covid. I remember my power went out one time during a summer heatwave and they got it back up and running within 10 mins even tho it was like 2am. I would definitely try to come back here if I come back! more ... hide ...
