I have nothing negative to say about the application process! Amy has been amazing in helping us and is prompt on returning my calls within 48 business day (which is fair!) This has been an extremely stressful transition for us especially coming from out of state. Our process was a little complicated BUT not because of the staff, because of our application as individuals. However, Amy has been working diligently to get our paperwork processed!Kuddoa to the team at Ridgetop and looking forward to calling it home.Teamwork makes the Dreamwork! I will have know I do not believe a word you say I have lived there before and I am a very clean person never had one problem with roaches or any other insects for that matter. As far as mold goes the manager makes sure that all of these are taken care of before she rents them out. Who is to say you didnt bring them with you nobody knows where you came from so its easy to blame the apartments instead of yourself its high maintenance people like you that are afraid to get their hands dirty if its not clean enough for you well then clean it up but you have a roof over your head and instead you are complaining there are plenty of people that need homes and are way more grateful than you. This place is not a nice place to live at all I dont recommend this place for any one the landlord kelly Mckeone does not fix major problems and still expects you to pay her rent in a non livable home environment
