Shame on you! You denied me because of a eight year eviction disposition. Georgia law states:In Georgia, there is a two-year statute of limitations for personal injury, fraud, and medical malpractice claims; but personal property, trespassing, and debt collection claims have a four-year limit.Care to explain? Now i feel like you took my money to make yourself look good or to feel like your doing some work! I demand a refund...Ive been calling the Last two days Ive yet to get a answer. I dont believe the office is close? Xmas isnt that far a way are the hours of operation are the same Monday-Friday. So these apartments just got remodeled and they will be called The Residences at Maggie Capitol. The walls are so thin that I can hear the whole conversation of my neighbors above me and right beside me. God forbid if so meone is passing by your door, you would not even be able to hear your own tv. A lot of the people who live here have SEVERAL people staying in their home that is not on the lease. These residences guest feel that they can hang in the stairway while playing music off their phone. The guest also smoke narcotics and drink liquor beverages all day long. For the working people that live here it makes us fear for our safety, while we go to work and the guest of the non working residences watch you leave for work. I WOULD OF RATED THIS PLACE 1 STAR, BUT WHEN MY FRIEND DID THAT...THE REVIEW WOULD NOT SHOW..... more ... hide ...

Floor squeaks loudly with every step. I could hear my neighbor yelling 24 hours a day. Its a very old complex with a \"fresh\" coat of paint. The gate is basically always broken.People always park on the grass. Security never does anything, the leasing office never answers calls.There was a drug raid across the street, and the main road to get to the complex where the leasing office/pool/laundry/gym are has been blocked off for construction since the summer with no information about when it will be clear. It makes everything farther.I wouldnt recommend this place... more ... hide ...
