This Apartment community is definitely trashthe landlord Yolanda is extremely dishonest. And very unprofessional.they only keep one maintenance guy and his unskilled unprofessional gettoo just like the landlord Y olanda and lazy and also very dishonest. The owners believe everything that their staff says the children are out of control no adults supervisons poor parenting is definitely popular here.rats and roaches effected.poor upkeep on the inside theyre absolutely in a serious need of being torn down or sold to someone who can manage the property community better and professionally with security because theres no security on the property and never was there any. more ... hide ...

I recently moved to GA from New York looking for an apartment and I am glad to call this my home.I had a really great experience touring The Platform. I have highly considered making it my home! The property is breath ta king. On top of that my leasing agent Ebony was incredible! She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She put me at ease by answering all of my questions. The gentleman that I have toured the apartment with was also super friendly, but sadly I didnt catch his name. Regardless, he was amazing.
