I have lived here for 2 yrs and this place rapidly became a slum. The gate hasnt worked in 16mos, thy allow the trash to pile up at your door. They want to bother us about stupid tree stump removals, but dont let us know when the parcel boxes are broken! My cousins backdoor was kicked in they still havent replaced the door or fixed the glass. She has a piece of cardboard that MAINTENENCE put there. The front door to her building is darn near off the hinges and the leasing told her SHE needed to put in for a service request!!!! This place is a slum village! more ... hide ...

If you are looking for a great place to stay I recommend Shamrock Gardens..Everybody at the leasing office is very polite and helpful..Nice side rooms..nice side living room..and kitchen..I love it here..

Management refuses to get real security, even after multiple car break-ins and riff-raff from off the street walking thru the parking lot to some run down apartments behind the building! Who operates like this? They have NO outside cameras to monitor and wont even pay for part-time security after NUMEROUS complaints from elderly residents (even had to call the Mayor, but nothing was done). Needed repair work done in apartment, its been almost a year and NOTHING has been done !I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! more ... hide ...

Needs updating, staff is not following health and safety protocol, laced security. We need to be taking better care of our seniors, they kept this city viable to be productive and contemporary now. The management of this building should be ashamed. At least they got teo stars, but only because the building isnt literally crumbling. more ... hide ...
