At least the people who live here have a roof over their heads...unfortunately that includes bed bugs and roaches! I visited a couple of times and the residents arms and legs were scabs from being bitten by the bed bugs ! How can this be allowed to happen? The place is not even a year old, having been demolished, then rebuilt...certainly there are things that can be done to rid these tiny apartments of these insects...otherwise someone will end up in a hospital, sick from these bites! There are grills with locks on them! Are people living there not supposed to try to enjoy their lives? Come on, have a heart....do the right thing and CARE for them...dont punish them. more ... hide ...

Soooooo... I had to do another review... on Monday my A/C went out... I put in a work order and Mr. Gomez came on Tuesday, checked it out and had to order some parts. Wednesday at 12noon... my A/C is all fixed up!! Mr. G omez is always on top of the maintenance! Also, in May I signed my renewal... this property was a lil shabby at first but since Ive been here, the management has really stepped everything up. Neighbors are decent, no safety concerns, I legit have no complaints. more ... hide ...

The building is in a nice location however the lady at the front who is African American with glasses is very rude. I door dash all in the area and most times than not Im able to just go up the elevator and drop the order off its very few where I need to be let up. However I have no issues with the rules. So I came back and nicely asked her did I need to be let up since I was trying to deliver and she rudely responded you cant just go up there I told her I didnt know that this was my first time there. This is also listed as a retirement community which I had no clue of until I did my research so I can do my review btw. If youre dealing with elderly people then she definitely has no patience. So then she asks me for the unit number I gave it to her and told her the name. She couldnt locate them in the system so then she asked if I had a phone number I stated that I did and if she wanted me to call them. She then said I have to call them you cant just go up there I then told her that that isnt what I said. I said I can call them. Had she allowed me to do my job she would have realized that door dash has a specific number for us to reach them and them for them to reach us. Its not their actual numbers. So since she wanted to continue to make it difficult I allowed her to keep calling a number that wasnt going to go through for her. While she was doing that I wrote the customer and told them how difficult she was being and they stated they were coming down. I told her that and I was going to stand and wait because my job is to hand it directly to them! She insisted I just leave it on the desk. My advice is do not make people doing their jobs so difficult and if you dont want to be there then dont. Please improve the customer service. Thank you. more ... hide ...

HELLA love these apartment they are quite, nice, and clean property i can relate, i have so many memories about them apartment been here since i was little have so much good friends, it just this one man ager that use to work out there kicked folks out back 2 back and putting new people but these apartment will never be forgotten i THANK YUUU..... a lot for the help and support of these. more ... hide ...
