The parking situation is untenable for the whole area. Multiple residents, have people not on the lease with them, thus rendering them unable to park within the premises.This has caused these residents to clog up all the streets, parking on both sides of the street and in front of the homes of nearby homes, especially on Alderman Dr and Charles Merle Dr.How do I know this? I had an opportunity to speak with one such resident who told me that he couldnt park his truck inside the community because he was not on the lease and was sharing the space with his coworker.This is not a one off. I recently had an opportunity to speak with one of the residents who said that she and her husband was forced to park at Alderman Dr because the car wasnt registered to them and they were staying with someone else.Dont bother, I will not give up their names.I would like to request the staff to take steps to ensure adequate parking is provided to your residents, lack of which is sure to sour relationships with the rest of the neighborhood, who are really unhappy with this situation. more ... hide ...

There was a water leak that they came out and fixed that caused my bill to go up to $90 in September and up in October when my average bill is less than $20 a month. As of today they have not accepted responsibility and I have called multiple times and no one has got back with me. Its sad because they know its their fault, they called me and told me there was a leak but they are being cheap and pushing bills on tenants. This is an unfair practice and if I dont get my refund, I will report them to the state. I never had a person in management that made me feel so little and not appreciated as the head of this office did. This is an affordable apartment for low income and I can not recommend this NRP property.Update 10/27I first notified the property manager on 9/3 regarding this matter. I went to the office Sunday 10/25 to see if they had an update on my request for a refund and still no answer. So, I complained that the reason they treat us like this is because its a low income apartment. Yesterday, they finally agreed to refund the money that was owed to me however, I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau requesting a refund plus daily interest. I just happened to be someone who has grad-school education and I will challenge these issues to the full extent of the law. more ... hide ...
