Wow, first off I want to say any information I got it was from the reviews. I was offered a unit by HATC and was mandated to call the office within TWO days to make an appointment to accept or decline the offer. I called the same day ofcorse! My kids and I have been living in a shelter for 9MONTHS we were excited to finally be accept. Only for my excitement to go down after speaking with the office the first time. I was cut off in mid conversation told that they dont have any units ready and itll be a couple of weeks which is literally 14 days. My number was verified by the office lady Im assuming ISA JUAREZ . So that was day 1. I reread my unit offer and then realize it said that if housing dont receive any written notice of acceptance on the 3rd day after the offer was sent by 5:00pm the offer will be denied and you have to wait 1year before applying to the apartment complex again. So I call the office and ask to speak with ISA for more information I was told that she was not in the office and my information was taken and told someone would give me a call back, this is when it got ugly. I called for the 3rd time requesting information, before I could get anything out I was transferred to both managers in the office ISA and a MAN who was also extremely unprofessional by telling my that theyre going to end the call because I was expressing anger and irritation toward the situation. I got furious at that time because I feel that they should validate individuals feelings being this is a disabled apartment complex they have no clue what my disability is and to be treated that way was stressful. I was told in a rude manner they were going to have my housing caseworker give me a call, still did not explain the situation besides the unit was not ready. I wouldve at least like to be aware of whats going on because a couple of weeks has passed. It just scares me that I have to deal with these people for a year and weve already started on the slate. Its ridiculous. why did I get treated like this? Because I am low income living in poverty? Because I am disabled at a young age ? Because I am not middle class, I would like this to be addressed. Just know I will not stop until I am treated like an equal citizen. Thanks for listening and good luck to anyone who may have to deal with this apartment complex in the future. Mold all over the apartment and no one ever came to fix it. Water liking from the lights and AC unit. Trash clean carpets that eagles landing will charge 1000+ For replacement at the end of the lease (free remod eling, smart huh?) Paper work and information missing from files. Unbelievable amounts of fees (look very close to the details they dont discuss with you when signing the lease).Yes, I did report all my issues with the 8 different managers because they change/fire every other month and all information is gone including emails, phone calls, face to face talk etc...I ended my lease back in Jun and I received my notice of collections September because no further address was applyWorst property owner. more ... hide ...

This was my apartment after the winter storm the office said this was still in good condition and that me and my family could still live in the unit. There is proof that they only removed half the wall and they painted o ver the mold. We finally cut the lease and a check for 300.00 dollars was sent to my in-laws address saying that was our deposit returned when we actually paid almost triple the amount as a deposit. I was not the only one affected many many families stayed because they had no where else to go. I hope no one suffers what we went through. Being homeless with a 3 year old has been rough weve had to stay with my in-laws for these last few months. We are still waiting for our full deposit and the office is saying they lost our records more ... hide ...

I love living in Lupine Terrace. The neighbors look out for each other,why they dont have a playground the kids have a huge area to play safely away from traffic. I have seen the kids using the area for soccer, volleybal l,basketball and a few dance contest. The manager keeps a good handle on most issues. The maintenance department has had a few minor set backs but overall they do a fair job. The only issue I have is the parking situation. They do Tow cars without proper stickers and are in front of buildings were most people drop off kids,laundry and grocery. You Can Be Towed!!! more ... hide ...
