When I came to visit a friend on 12/30, Some wild kids were playing around outside my friends door & kicked at her door as if they were going to kick it in! And from what she told me .. it wasnt the first tim e of this situation happening & the property manager doesnt do anything to solve the issue . Its not fair or acceptable that she has to feel someway to live in her OWN APARTMENT with her CHILDREN cause others children want to be ignorant. Something serious needs to be done about the issue. I visit my best friend every few weeks from out of town. Children here have no supervision or their parents dont care and make noise. A child from upstairs knocked on my friends door many times starting at 11:30 pm. (Wok e me up) An adult with them outside was telling them to stop but it continued. My husband and I lived here for about 3 years and it wasnt that bad till we started paying over $1,300 for a 3 bedroom. No matter how many times we complained about the upstairs neighbors purposely stomping around af ter we nicely let them know they were a little too loud in the evening they didnt do anything. Also, half the time nothing ever got fixed in the Aparment when it was broken. When we finally moved out we cleaned the whole apartment and even the fridge because the woman who came to look over the Aparment said we would be charged for not cleaning the fridge.. well low and behold we get a bill for $375 after the woman had looked over the Aparment and said everything looked great and we were good to go! We didnt think it was fair so when it showed on my husbands credit report we disputed it but it came right back. These people are such rip offs. And when emailing them asking them for proof of the dirty Aparment they never sent any to us! Worst Aparment complex Ive ever lived in. more ... hide ...
