Management was very helpful and let me know everything they needed from me before hand. Very well priced. And they worked very hard to make my living experience the best it could be. You could tell they really cared abou t their tenants and when something broke, maintenance fixed it in a mater of days. I worked with the staff at Towne Square to move my elderly mom in from out of state. What could have been a stressful experience was instead a breeze! Their staff worked like a well-oiled machine to make sure we could schedule her move ahead of time, ensured her apartment was ready, and made her feel so welcomed. The management team and the maintenance team were so attentive and made her feel welcomed and cared about, which is unusual these days. I appreciated their attention to detail and timeliness. I came to a bid agreement on a trailer in this park and went through all the paperwork just to be denied for the rental space. I understand I may not be qualified but I payed $33 and NON of my references were even checke d. It was embarrassing and I felt as if I was just taken for $33.
