Lived here in 2017. Roaches.....Bad. Obvious signs of past water leaks and damage. They paint over water damaged walls. Some of the tenants will go through your trash that you put in the dumpster just to be sure your not throwing away anything they could use. Worst is the roaches though. Generally nice tenants. Some of them are just older folks who shouldnt be left to live alone, which is why the fire department is called a couple times every month. If you want the qualities of living in the projects without actually living in the projects, this place is what youre looking for......roaches.Edit: Roaches hide in your furniture and appliances, like in a microwave or a ps4. Comment from RC Vic: ASI (Stephen Vander Schaaf) will give you Privacy Right(s) up to the very time where they decide to enter your apartment on Saturday Morning without required notice using the building Master Key and completely against your expressed and posted wishes and demands, on your door, to not enter! They get around the posting of your notice on your very own door by making it illegal to post anything on your doors! Residents of SRA and CHA know exactly what I mean! You get to do as you like right up to the time when they decide to violate your rights at will and any time they feel like it the Building Master Key is always loose out in the hallways and they will violate you anytime that they want!
