If I could give 0 stars I would, my mother in law lives here and they do nothing but harass and convey her. Inspection after inspection invading her privacy at all times, the manager lives on site and walks around all ho urs of the day and night but only considers herself management Tuesday and Thursday. I realize that this is a subsidized property and there are strict rules and regulations to follow but I also am very educated on the rules of management and Hud housing and tentants rights and they do not follow here. There is a 6 month to year waiting list and they still post rentals on Craigslist and other rental sites, to me that doesnt make sence. If your a smoker they will come out and measure you Time after time for 25 feet and once again I understand rules but this can be annoying. Everyone is walking on eggshells and its very sad to see the stress and anxiety she has indured from this property manager. Hard to see honestly cause she cant even live in peace. I would recommend other properties for low income families in the area, myself lives in one in enumclaw and they are very nice and professional. This isnt an issue for just my mother but for lots of tentants to the point they are filing a class action lawsuit. more ... hide ...
