My mother-in-law lives in this place and they are constantly harassing her and invading her privacy. The manager lives on the premises and strolls around all day and night, however they only put on the act of being a manager on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am aware that it is a subsidized property and there are strict guidelines that must be followed, but I am also aware of the regulations and rights of housing and tenants, which are not followed here. There is a waiting list that can be anywhere from 6 months to a year and yet they still advertise the rental on services like Craigslist, which doesn't make sense to me. If you're a smoker, they will come out and continually measure if you are 25 feet away, which I understand the rules, but it can be really irritating. Everyone is walking on eggshells and it's really sad to see the stress and anxiety that the property manager has caused her. It's hard to watch since she can't even have peace in her own home. I would suggest other properties for low-income families in the area, I know I live in one in Enumclaw and they are really nice and professional. This is not only an issue for my mother, but for many tenants to the point where they're filing a class action lawsuit.more ...hide ...
I dont live here But I can say that I have been having a great experience communicating with the manager since my last review She has been very helpful and kind and has gone above and beyond to help me get on their waiting list
I took somebody to drop them off to catch a ride to work at the State hospital The few minutes that I was there I could tell that there was drug activity and a lot of it I definitely would not want to live there
