If I could leave less than one star , I would. Things just went downhill once they brought in this new administrator. Im not sure how she runs the facility , but she walks around the place acting like a complete dict ator. Absolutely no manners , and no regard for what comes out of her mouth. I pray for all the poor souls that have to work under this horrendous woman! Other than her , the staff is unprofessional at the front desk , seems like they just throw whoever they can find to answer the phones and neglect the visitors that are coming in. Next is the mess you notice when you first walk in. A few months ago, the outside entrance after the first set of sliding doors almost looked like a flea market, the amount of junk they have stored up there. Its the first thing people see when they enter , and it is not a good impression. Their screening center to swab for COVID is a makeshift dump, made from stuff they probably found in the trash. The whole place is a mess. And it smells like weeks old rotting lunch meat the moment you step in. I wouldnt put my dead grandmothers carcass in there if it was the last place on earth! more ... hide ...
